• Basic website usage data — like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) for security and site performance purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage appointments, provide safe and effective treatment, and communicate with you about your care. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses a small number of third-party services that may process limited data on our behalf:

• MyBodyMap — our online booking platform (mybodymap.app). Booking data is handled under their privacy policy, not ours.
• Private Email — Our email platform (formatted as @alchemymb.com email addresses), used to send occasional emails (in the form of newsletters and announcements). Email data is handled under their privacy policy, not ours.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to client health records to Alchemy Massage & Bodywork, LLC and it’s practitioners directly. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain client health and treatment records for seven years, per Colorado law. Contact form submissions that don’t lead to an ongoing client relationship are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.

Your Rights

You may request to see, correct, or ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you (subject to any legal record-keeping requirements we must follow). To make a request, contact us using the information below.

Children’s Privacy

Our services and website are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors without parental involvement and presence on site.
